The welding fume exhaust kit consisting of exhaust arm and fan is a particularly simple and cost-effective solution anywhere where air filtration is not essential. It is suitable for high levels of smoke and dust such as welding fumes, gases, vapours, light dusts or vehicle exhaust fumes in non-stop operation.

The ventilation system CleanAirTower is used wherever local extraction does not work or is insufficient. It effectively protects employees and machines from fine dust. The purified air is recirculated. The device hardly creates any air turbulence, ensuring that no dust is distributed into clean areas. The CleanAirTower functions according to the displacement ventilation principle recommended by health and safety bodies.

The basic mobile welding smoke extraction unit is designed for occasional use with low amounts of dust. The rotating and swiveling exhaust hood enables use in a 360-degree radius and ensures only few adjustments during welding. The basic device is suitable for welding high alloy steel due to its W3 approval.

Due to its differential pressure-controlled, automatic filter cleaning system, the stationary cartridge filter for welding fume extraction is suitable for high levels of smoke and dust and non-stop operation with low operating costs. The KemTex® ePTFE membrane filter cartridges for ultra-fine dust particles separate particles even below 0.1 µm. The two-exhaust arm version with integral dampers allows simultaneous or alternating work in two places with adjustable extraction performance.

The high-vacuum suction and welding smoke extraction filter unit VacuFil 500 for high levels of smoke and dust is ideal for non-stop operation due to automatic filter cleaning. A side channel compressor to create negative pressure ensures robust performance for industrial users. In addition to up to four individual work station it can also be connected to a central pipe system.

Welding Tables from KEMPER are the ideal solution for welders for connecting small metal steel parts by hand. A slag tray allows for easy cleaning of the welding table. The extraction is carried out by means of a fan that is mounted externally on the table.
