The corner expansion tank is designed for the Alde 3010 Compact boiler, but is ideal for any open-vented central heating system. It should be mounted 200 cm above the highest convector or radiator in the system, using the fittings provided. Due to its large capacity it is well suited to even the largest motorhomes, caravans, boats and portable cabins. When using the 12 V circulation pump you must ensure 22 cm clearance above the expansion tank for refilling and servicing.

The Alde engine heat exchanger is installed between the heating circuit and the engine cooling system. With the engine running, the circulation pump in the heating circuit is switched on and fluid flows through the engine heat exchanger. As it does, it is heated by the engine during your journey so that when you arrive you already have warm water for washing and showering! With the additional Alde 2755-000 circulation pump installed in the engine cooling system, you can run engine heat exchanger backwards, using the central heating system to warm up the engine in cold weather. The overflow pipe from the expansion tank, and vent pipes from the flow assembly and hot water out connector need to exit through the underside of the vehicle. This EPDM rubber floor grommet keeps it simple.

The Alde Flow is our latest ingenious invention, expanding the heat exchange surface to pre-heat the water entering the Alde 3020 Compact HE boiler. This provides continuous hot water. The Alde Flow is more compact and lighter weight than conventional marine calorifiers, and integrates seamlessly with the Alde 3020 Compact HE system, so no manual switches or valves are required. The Alde Flow has an integral pump, so when the boiler's circulation pump is inactive, continuous hot water is still available. Indeed once fitted, your hot water is limited only your fresh water and gas supply!

The flue hose should be secured every 600 mm to reduce vibration, and these p-clips make it quick and easy to do. For use with the Alde 3010 Compact boiler.

Alde gas leak detectors, aka Alde bubble leak testers, should be installed on any LPG system. Press the red cap 1–8 minutes and watch the glycol fluid inside the glass chamber. If there is a leak in the system, the fluctuating gas pressure will create bubbles in the fluid. Alde gas leak detectors should be installed inline, as near to the regulator as possible and before any appliances. They come with ø8 and ø10 mm connectors.

The 12 V inline circulation pump has five selectable speeds, noise-reducing composite construction and integral overheat protection, with a Vortex motor. Effectively replaces the 2928-420 12 V, 2750-405 230 V and 3010-508 12 V pumps. All previous pumps. It runs off the 12 V supply from the vehicle/leisure battery or inverter, drawing 0.2–1.9 A. It can also be used with underfloor heating or large, complex heating circuits, and is suitable for all year round use.

Installed inline between the boiler and the fresh water tank, the Compact non-return valve prevents water stored in the boiler back-flowing into the fresh water tank. 12 mm JG Speedfit connector. For use with Alde 3010 Compact boiler.

With it being most efficient to heat the water to as hot as possible without boiling, and a minimum of 50°C needed to prevent the growth of Legionella, it can be nerve-wracking trying to mix the warm water at the outlet without a thermostatic tap or shower. The JG Speedfit TMV allows you to limit the temperature of the hot water as it leaves the boiler, and will automatically cut-off the water if you run out of cold water to mix, giving you the peace of mind that you have at home or in the work place. 12 mm Speedfit connectors, it couldn't be any easier to fit, and is constructed from lightweight alloys specifically for use in caravans and motorhomes.

Compatible with the Alde 2968-901 engine heat exchanger and running off 12 V electricity. This Johnson pump can be installed in the engine cooling system, so you can run the engine heat exchanger backwards, using the central heating system to warm up the engine in cold weather! The permament magnetic centrifugal motor doesn't restrict circulation.

At one end is a clamp meter, that fastens around the 230 V live wire at the vehicle's mains in. The other end plugs into the control panel. Now you can set the max 230 V current the vehicle is allowed to draw. If this is exceeded, the boiler will automatically power down the electric heating. Not for use with the Alde 3010-214 manual control panel.

Many of the advanced features of the Alde 3020 Compact HE system require the extended connectivity of the options dongle. The Alde options dongle connects to the boiler, and allows operation of dedicated UFH pump, minibooster fan convector, engine pre-heat pump, LPG cylinder interface and Alde Flow continuous hot water.
