Propane is the standard for most BBQs as it works perfectly even in Winter Butane can be used in Spring & Summer but freezes when the temperature drops too low. BBQs should only be used outdoors. Propane is prohibited for any indoor use. A Gas Regulator is required for use with any of the gas cylinders. It is important to regularly check its condition and rubber connections.
