This machine is designed for MMA stick welding & scratch start DC TIG welding. The output is infinitely variable between 20 & 200A. This model will run MMA electrodes up to 5mm maximum, allowing for heavier welding than that from the MMA165i & MMA166i dual.

DC250E / 300E / 400E / 500E CC WELDING POWER SOURCES The DC 250E-500E range are designed & manufactured in the UK using a conventional large copper wound transformer & rugged thyristor technology. Simple construction with minimal parts means unbeatable long term reliability even in the most demanding environments. Arc welding characteristics are good with easy arc striking, a smooth stable arc & automatic compensation for long cables and fluctuating input voltage. All models can be also used for TIG & a full function DC TIG box is available, the DC500E is also suitable for light to medium duty arc air gouging.

The MMA165i is designed for professional MMA stick welding and scratch start DC TIG welding. The output power is variable between 20 and 160 amps and is ideal for for welding with 2.5 & 3.2mm rods with a max rod size of 4.0mm & has built in hot start. This machine utilises the very latest German IGBT inverter technology, which has resulted in a very powerful yet compact & light machine which is very electrically efficient.

This model is designed for MMA stick welding and scratch start DC tig welding. The output current is variable between 20 and 160 amps ideal for MMA electrodes up to 4mm maximum. Due to high efficiency this machine will put down a 3.2mm 7018 electrode on a 13A plug. Large 35-50 mm sockets are fitted. This dual voltage machine will work on 110V or 230V, the machine switches to the correct input automatically (min 5KVA needed on 110V) MMA

This model is designed to give clean fast cutting on a wide range of metals; it is fitted with pilot arc to assist with cutting on rusty, dirty or painted metals & has a severance cut up to 17mm & a clean cut up to 13mm on mild steel.
