Hornbeam is an incredibly dense wood, comparable to Ash in burn quality but with a longer burning time and heat output similar to Oak. Due to these factors it has become a firm favourite with our customers. Kiln Dried to less than 20% moisture, and Ready to Burn certified. Ideal for woodburners, open fires, fire pits, chimenea’s and cooking. Standard 9” cut (25cm)

Oak logs are a tradition firewood giving a steady, dependable and even burn with a high calorific output will result in a long burn time. Due to the high density Oak can be hard to light and will need a good kindling base, this is a great wood for open fires and, wood burners, and multi fuel stoves. This is also available in a 30l net.
