One of the requirements of EN1949 is for the gas appliances to work with a new caravan regulator set at 30mbar which will be pre-fitted by UK manufacturers. This new regulator is in fact two regulators in one making it possible for it to work for both Propane and Butane. Switching between the two gases is simply achieved by changing the inlet high pressure hose connection which should not exceed 0.4mtr in length.Check that this regulator can be fitted to your unit
