hwam (short for Hansen & Andersen Møbler) is a premium Danish manufacturer specializing in high-end wood-burning stoves.
History: HWAM was founded in 1973 by Vagn Hvam Pedersen.
In 1976 Vagn teamed up with architect and cabinetmaker Anders C. Fasterholdt. They shared a passion for wood-burning stoves and began collaborating on a design that treated the stove as a piece of furniture rather than just a heat source.
