Gas Direct 30/70 (Food grade) Gas Cylinders 30/70 is primarily used for dispensing a wide range of stouts and ales. It contains 305 Carbon Dioxide & 70% Nitrogen. Providing the highest concentration of Nitrogen in our range of food grade gas mixes, this gas generally produces a cascade of smaller bubbles resulting in a ‘smoother’ mouthfeel. Offering 30/70 in various cylinder sizes provides our customer with versatility depending on their usage and storage of the product. For drop access cellars, our 10 litre cylinder is perfect as it is the lightest in weight and easiest to handle so you can manoeuvre the cylinder effortless into and out of the cellar. Alternatively, 50 litre cylinders are great for direct access cellars and as they require less frequent gas changes, they are great for very busy environments. Should you require a higher Carbon Dioxide content, have a look at our 60/40 food grade gas.
