Gas Direct ArO2 Gas Cylinders ArO2 contains 2% Oxygen & 92% Argon and is an active shielding gas for MAG welding stainless steel, most commonly used for pulsed arc transfer. ArO2 is a highly capable shielding gas, producing fantastic results on thin to medium gauge ferritic and austenitic stainless steels. The weld profile is smooth and flat, producing a clean finish with very little spatter generation. Therefore resulting in reduced re-work and rejects, saving business costs. We supply ArO2 in our 50 litre cylinder, this cylinder is fitted with industry standard BS3 valves which ensures compatibility in most stainless steel welding environments.
