Gas Direct ARC8 Gas Cylinders Contains 8% Carbon Dioxide and 92% Argon. ArC8 is a versatile MAG welding gas for low/non-alloy steel, with a use typically for spray arc and pulse welding. ArC8 provides a high welding speed with very little spatter and post welding clean-up. Furthermore, this two-component active shielding gas is usually recommended for automatic/robotic welding systems. To cater for the large applications we supply this product in our large 50 litre cylinders, which provides a large enough gas capacity to support completion of most jobs. ArC is also available with alternative concentrations of Carbon Dioxide should you require it – have a look at our ArC2 and ArC20.
